A look back at the Tech Meeting organised by Proxinnov on the subject of ‘industrial transitics’ on 6 November 2025.
A day of discussions on the modernisation of industrial flows and Industry 4.0. The discussions highlighted the major trends in industrial transitics: automation, mobile robotics, smart conveyors, 3D simulation and artificial intelligence…
Two presentations made a particular impression on Julien & William:
- Presentation by Jade Le Maitre – ‘A look at industrial transitics – current situation and prospects’: addressing the shortage of candidates in this sector by working on the attractiveness of the professions and including people in modernisation and automation.
- Round table on ‘Optimising and modernising intralogistics and transitics to improve business performance’ with Beckhoff France, KUKA, PASCA and SPIE Industrie: studying the ROI of the proposed solutions to ensure that they are consistent with real (pragmatic) needs and not just for the image they project, thinking about inter-machine flows and not just each workstation, not neglecting the importance of information systems and data, involving all stakeholders and departments in these transformation projects (IT, HR, logistics, sales, etc.), do not neglect the security aspect of these automation projects, carry out these projects step by step, etc.
The discussions highlighted a key challenge: automating without dehumanising in the context of these technological and organisational transition projects.
